EXPORT - INSCRIPTION IN THE REGISTRIES

To export is the exit sale of goods or services to foreign markets, are the exit of national or nationalized merchandises outside the national territory.

Registry of Company/signature, to present/display following documents in the Subsecretaria office that corresponds according to the product to certify, this registry must renew annually:

1. Form of photocopy Request accompanied authenticated by notary public of:
2. Identity card of the signers,
3. Certainty of Registry of Company/signature in Customs,
4. Constitution of the Society
5. Opening balance sheet or balance of last exercise visa by the S.S.E.T.

National Forest service, the commerce and trains forest product processors must register and obtain certificates of this dependency
 

Requirements for the inscription

1. To fill request and to present/display photocopy authenticated by escribanía of following documents
2. Photocopy of Identity card,
3. Photocopy of RUC,
4. Constitution of Society or Matriculation of the Retailer,
5. Opening balance sheet or last balance visa by the S.S.E.T.
6. Municipal patent
7. Deposit of the tariff in the B.N.F. (633552/5). Ticket Acount.
8. No. of deposit authenticated by the manager of the premises of the B.N.F.
9. Request of Registry of Company/signature, by note
10. Request for Registro de Comercio de Productos Forestales

Department of Industrial Registry, ordered to receive the requests and to register to all the manufacturing and industrial companies of the country.
 

Requirements;

1. To present/display the form corresponding
2. Note of directed request to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce
3. To enclose authenticated photocopy of following documents:
4. Main identity card of the Proprietor or partners
5. RUC
6. Social Statute, in case of societies
7. The MIC, will coordinate a visit of previous technical verification to the expedition of the definitive Certificate of Inscription.
    
   

MINISTERIO DE SALUD PUBLICA Y BIENESTAR SOCIAL

For the chemical product export, such they must be new recruits in this Ministry by a registered professional, who will present/display following documents:

1. Sanitary certificate granted by the same Ministry
2. Registry of the product in the Section Drugs, Compatible Division of Sanitary Drug Monitoring, Medicines and.
3. Certificate of Control of Quality granted by the I.N.T.N.
    
   

Ecological Certification

Emitted for foods and ecological products processed with high amount of nutritious and using material natural, chemical, biological, free synthetic product systems.

In Paraguay, company SGS emits the certification to request of the exporter. The inspection cost is applied per day, and includes the cover of the expenses of trip, mobility, lodging and food of the technician designated for the inspection.
