Customers interested in obtaining one of the hosting sites using ParaguayGlobal.com must meet the following conditions:
Each site consists of 5 pages that contain texts and photos, submitted by the customer, having the following characteristics:
- Home page - contains the business logo, address, telephone number and fax number. The customer will submit all necessary information.
- About Us - contains a description of the history and personnel of the company. The customer must submit a text of 1,500 characters maximum and 2 photographs.
- Activities - contains a description of the activities and services of the company. The customer must submit a text of 1,500 characters maximum and 2 photographs.
- Products - contains a description of the products offered by the company. The client will submit a text of 5, 000 characters maximum and 10 photographs, however each photograph will have the value of 300 text characters (or the customer can submit 3,800 characters and 4 photographs, 2,300 characters and 9 photographs, etc.).
- Contact Us - contains a form to request information that will be forwarded to the e-mail link.
All 5 pages will also include the following:
- Name of the company promoted by the site; i.e. Gutierrez Consulting.
- Company slogan i.e. Competitive advantages through intelligent information - 75 text characters maximum.
All texts must be submitted in Spanish on diskette. The photographs must be on photographic paper. The English version will be at our charge.
At the moment of site publication on the portal ParaguayGlobal, the customer will have 15 days to revise possible errors. Changes or corrections must take place during this time period and will be free of charge. The customer will be charged an additional fee of US $25 (plus tax) for each correction to each published page after 15 days until the end of the first year of site publication.
Starting from the second year of site publication, the customer will have the right to ask for the modification of the pages: About Us andActivities one time, and the modification of the Products page two times. The customer will be charged US $20 (plus tax) per page for any subsequent changes.
Changes involving the company logo, address, telephone or fax number will be made absolutely free of charge.
In addition, all customers will obtain the right to utilize the service of banners and publicity buttons offered by the portal ParaguayGlobal at 50% off the regular price.
Payment for the hosted site on ParaguayGlobal will be completed within 30 successive days following its publication on the Internet. Annual successive dues will be completed 30 days prior to its expiration date.
If the payment is not completed according to the established terms, the site will be immediately deactivated and will remain so until payment obligations are fulfilled.
The customer can ask for the deactivation of the site at any time, however will not be reimbursed if this occurs before the fulfillment of the period of the publication agreement.
