IMPLEMENTATION OF A SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY ACCORDING TO ISO 9001

Certification ISO contemplates two contexts
Documentation
The norms of series 9000 require of a formal system for the Administration of the Quality, endorsed with documents. The system for the quality is described in a Manual of Quality and Plans of Quality.
Culture
The responsibility of the System of Quality is in the High Management of the organization, who must plan, implant and supervise the system. The quality system begins with a Policy of Quality processed and monitoreada by the High Management.
