INSCRIPTION AT MINISTRY OF JUSTICE AND WORK (MJT)
When the company has one or more using and after making the supervisory inscription in the IPS, it will have to also make it in the Ministry of Justice and Work (Direction of the Work, Office of Statistics).
Requirements:
- To fill the forms of Request of Supervisory Inscription and to present/display a note of Communication of Entrance of Employees.
- To enclose photocopy authenticated of:
- Supervisory inscription in IPS
- RUC
- Identity card of the pattern or legalrepresentative, and of the employees
- Ready of names of the employees
- To be able granted the legal representative, if there is one
- Municipal Patent
- Act of Constitution of the Company
