MUNICIPAL PATENT

The proceeding will be made in the Municipality corresponding to the Place where the company works.

1. To fill and to present/display the form of Sworn Declaration of Commercial and Industrial Patent. (the professionals or technicians will complete another form and will enclose title photocopy.
2. To present/display original of the Opening balance sheet visa by Tax to Rent (Form 400, presented/displayed in theDireccion de APoyo del Ministerio de Hacienda)
3. To Present photocopy authenticated by notary public of:

   1. Police identity card
   2. Unique Registry of Contributor
   3. Ticket of updated payment of special rates
   4. Ticket of updated payment of real estate tax
   5. Contract of Rent (when is renter)
   6. In case of being a limited liability company, of adding a photocopy authenticated by notary public of the Scripture de Constitution new recruit in the Public Registry of Commerce.
   7. Specific requirement depending on the activity to which the company will be dedicated.
